About Billy J's Smash and Fries, LLC

Billy J’s Smash and Fries offers a focused menu, concentrating on our specialty, Smash Burgers and deep-fried French Fries. We often offer Specials, with creative variations of “Fries Meals” and burgers.

Our Story

Bill and Jen have had this dream of operating a kitchen business for the better part of a decade and in 2023 decided it was time to make this happen in the form of a streamlined mobile kitchen business. Coleen and Jen, both working in our community’s primary education system and close friends for years, decided together it was time to trade in the school careers and move on to a different way to connect with the community.

Through years of honing their recipes and technique, Bill and Jen hosted private events to gain further experience and collect valuable feedback from small groups. Coleen brings a high level of business acumen, operational expertise and an equal level of passion to contribute to the business.
